Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange.

Colesice does not accept returns due to change of mind.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@colesice.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If not contacted within 3 days of the item arriving, we are not able to process any damage refunds.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns/exchanges on items with name and or number customisation. We cannot accept returns on sale items (when a discount code is use) or gift cards. We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to you ordering the wrong jacket or product.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds are always issued for the item price only and do not include return shipping costs, which remain the customer’s responsibility. In some cases (such as orders placed outside the EU/EEA), a small handling and processing charge of up to 15% of the item price may be deducted from the refund to cover logistics costs.

 

Exchanges 
We accept exchanges for any items on our store if the size ordered does not fit. Once an exchange has been accepted we will dispatch the correctly sized item you want.
